Forget ” Waking Up in Vegas.” We want to wake up in Katy Perry‘s Hollywood Hills mansion. The “Swish Swish” songstress just listed her four-bed, six-bath home in the celebrity-drenched Hollywood Hills for $9.5 million, and it’s just the sort of palatial spread you’d expect from the “Chained to the Rhythm” singer.
Located in the highly exclusive Outpost Estates in the Hills, Katy’s compound is a very private property at the end of a gated hewn rock driveway. The home, which was built in 1954, is composed of four different residential structures, including the Mediterranean-influenced Main House, a two-story guest house with a garage that could fit a limousine, a sprawling fitness building (guess we know how she got that rockin’ bod!) and a security guardhouse. The grand main residence is both luxurious and welcoming, providing a great place to both entertain and hang around with family. The entire second floor is utilized as the master suite, and comes with an unforgettable Roman bath with a sky ceiling.
Outside, a sparkling swimming pool sits alongside an outdoor grill, cabana with spa bath, fireplace, and flowing fountain. With stunning views of the city lights, the home is surrounded by two acres of lush gardens, cultivated fruit trees, as well as an amphitheater and multiple terraces.
Katy’s had a unique history with the real estate market. She had a lot of trouble unloading the home she owned with ex-husband Russell Brand, but that finally was snagged in 2013 after several price chops. Brand, meanwhile, high-tailed it to another home in the Hollywood Hills. As of right now, Perry seems prefectly happy paired with actor Orlando Bloom.
