Floyd Mayweather Buys Beverly Hills Home For $25M

We wouldn't put up a fight to live in the legendary boxer's new home.

Floyd Mayweather just took a serious hit- to the tune of $25 million. But the controversial boxer is getting a whole lot in return: a six bed, ten-bath home in the iconic Los Angeles neighborhood of Beverly Hills, CA. What would you expect from an estate adjacent to the Beverly Hills Hotel?

The French Modern Estate, which measures over 15,000 square feet, is the ideal fusion of classic style and futuristic technology. Perfect for entertaining, an open floor plan and spacious rooms are the picture of decadence, while still welcoming to guests. In the main house, a formal living room has ten sets of French doors, while a lavish formal dining room and gourmet kitchen imported from Italy would delight any aspiring chef. A family room provides a less formal gathering place, while the cocktail bar and display wine cellar are great for parties. (And Floyd being Floyd, we’re guessing he has one or two.) A luxurious master suite offers every amenity possible, ranging from dual baths overlooking a spacious terrace to extravagant walk-in closets. A guest house is also on the property, with everything from a cinema, gym, and Miele equipped concession bar that’ll rival any movie theater you’ve visited.

Mayweather is no stranger to the real estate game: In addition to his new Cali property, he owns multiple East Coast homes too: He used to have a $2.6 million condo in Miami, FL, but last year decided to upgrade and bought a $7.7 million property.  He also maintains a smaller property in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, as well as his two luxe properties in Las Vegas, NV. A guy’s gotta have options!
