Buy Eli Manning’s Hoboken Condo For $5.2 Million

The New York Giants quarterback expects a pretty penny for this New Jersey property.

Dream of resting your head in the same place as New York Giants quarterback and two-time Super Bowl champ Eli Manning? You’re in luck! Manning has listed his three-bed, three-bath condo for sale in Hoboken, NJ. For just $5.2 million, you can sack out in the quarterback’s crash pad inside the renowned Hudson Tea Building.

A combination of three separate units, the 3,500-square-foot condo is a slice of New Jersey’s primo real estate, with views of the Hudson River and the New York skyline. The master wing (you know it’s a fancy condo if there are multiple wings) features the main bedroom and an adjacent study, ideal for an office or reading area. In the guest wing, there are the two additional bedrooms as well as a playroom, which could easily function as another office. In the gourmet kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances surrounded by custom cabinetry are accented with dark-gray honed limestone countertops. The home features antique tobacco barn oak flooring and 13-foot ceilings made with antique mushroom wood.

Eli’s luxe property has actually been on the market for quite some time but hasn’t yet found a buyer. However, he’s since departed for the suburb of Summit, NJ, with his wife and three daughters. But it looks as though he may not be the only Manning brother currently working the real estate market: His big bro Peyton, who recently retired from the NFL, has been rumored to be house-hunting in West Hartford, CT. Coincidentally, that’s just one town over from ESPN headquarters in Bristol. We already know the Brothers Manning are a hit on TV — who can forget those Direct TV commercials?
